Your access to and use of BuzCalculator is subject to these Terms. Please read them before using the service. If you do not agree to use the service on this basis, please do not use it. These Terms do not take away rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

About the service

BuzCalculator, at buzcalculator.com, provides general-purpose calculators, estimators, planning tools and educational information. Each tool has its own scope, assumptions, examples and limitations. Read those disclosures alongside these Terms; these Terms do not replace them or expand what a tool can determine.

Informational and educational estimates

Results help you explore a calculation or scenario. They are not professional determinations, official assessments, offers, quotes or approvals. A precise-looking number, a comparison, a favorable result or an input accepted by a form does not establish that a real-world decision is correct, lawful, affordable or safe.

No professional advice or approval

BuzCalculator does not provide tax, legal, financial, investment, accounting, medical or engineering advice. It does not provide construction approval, HVAC design approval or towing or vehicle-safety approval. Using a calculator does not establish a professional advisory relationship.

Consult an appropriately qualified professional when a decision has material financial, legal, health, safety, construction or engineering consequences. Calculators cannot inspect your circumstances, property, equipment or documentation.

Accuracy, assumptions and model limits

Outputs depend on your entries, units, assumptions, formulas, source information, jurisdiction, applicable rule year and rounding. Models simplify real situations and may exclude important factors. Example defaults are illustrations, not recommendations for your circumstances.

We work to make tools useful and explain their methods, but do not promise error-free calculations or agreement with every real-world outcome. Review the model and source dates, check units and inputs, and verify significant results independently. Report a suspected error using the contact address below.

Tax, finance, retirement, investing and debt

Tax laws change, jurisdictions differ and individual filing circumstances matter. Depending on the tool, a tax estimate may omit deductions, credits, state or local taxes, other income, withholding, payments, penalties or special rules. Check the specific tool’s stated tax year and exclusions. An estimate is not a tax return, refund determination, required payment or confirmation that a transaction is permitted or advisable.

Investment and retirement projections use hypothetical assumptions about returns, contributions, tax treatment and time. They are not forecasts or guarantees; actual returns, losses, inflation, fees and tax consequences can differ. A Roth projection does not establish eligibility or qualification for tax-free withdrawal.

Debt, loan, credit-card and lease comparisons model selected payment rules and costs. Your lender’s or issuer’s agreement, fees, interest calculations and actual payments may differ. Verify important tax, borrowing and investment decisions with current records and qualified professionals where appropriate.

Construction, home projects and HVAC

Material quantities, dimensions, costs, coverage, waste allowances and cooling-capacity outputs are planning estimates. They do not certify structural adequacy, confirm code compliance, replace a site inspection or replace licensed design or engineering where required. Models do not account for every field condition, product specification, installation method or local requirement.

For example, a concrete quantity does not determine reinforcement or a safe slab design. A tile quantity does not establish substrate suitability. The room-cooling calculator is not a whole-building load calculation, a Manual J assessment or an equipment-selection or installation approval. Check measurements, product yields, manufacturer instructions and professional requirements before purchasing or building.

Automotive, towing and vehicle tools

Vehicle costs, depreciation, tire geometry, fuel use, charging time and towing outputs are estimates under the selected model. They do not establish actual market value, vehicle fitment, range, legal compliance or safe operation.

A towing result is not a safety determination. Verify manufacturer ratings, vehicle and trailer documentation, applicable legal limits, actual loaded weights and the complete equipment configuration. A result within the entered towing or payload limits does not approve the combination. Hitch, axle, tire, braking and other constraints may be outside the model; missing checks are not approvals. Use current documentation, appropriate measurements and qualified assistance.

Other engineering and health uses

No dedicated electrical-design or health calculator is currently published. If tools in these areas are introduced, their outputs will require their own scope and limitations. Do not use general arithmetic or planning results as electrical, engineering or medical approval. This service does not diagnose or treat a condition, determine a safe electrical installation or replace a qualified professional’s assessment.

Your responsibilities

Enter accurate information in the requested units, review the assumptions and limitations, check results, and independently verify important decisions. Follow applicable laws, rules, manufacturer requirements and contracts. When you copy, print or share an estimate, keep the relevant assumptions and limitations with it so others understand its scope.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided as available for informational use. We do not promise continuous uptime, uninterrupted access, error-free outputs or suitability for every particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we give no additional warranties beyond our express commitments and those the law requires.

This does not exclude mandatory guarantees, applicable standards of care or other rights you have under law. The informational scope of a calculator does not excuse a failure to meet legal obligations that apply to the service.

Limits on liability and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuzCalculator is not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable as a result of a breach of our obligations. Whether a loss was reasonably foreseeable depends on the circumstances, including what could reasonably have been expected when the service was used.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights and available legal remedies remain unaffected. These Terms do not make BuzCalculator immune from responsibility for its own conduct.

Third-party links

We link to government sources, manufacturers and other external references to help explain a tool or support further reading. We do not control those websites’ content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement, and a source does not endorse BuzCalculator merely because we cite it.

External sources and changes over time

Cited information may change, move or become outdated. A review date records a past review, not a promise of continuous updates. When timing matters, check the current authoritative source, relevant jurisdiction and rule year rather than relying only on our summary or an earlier saved result.

Intellectual property

The BuzCalculator branding, original content, calculator implementations, design and code are protected where applicable by intellectual-property law and belong to their respective owners or licensors. Third-party source material, trademarks and software remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses; we do not claim ownership of them.

You may use the calculators and their provided copy, share and print features for their intended purposes. Do not falsely present our branding or original material as your own. These Terms do not change any separately applicable software or content license or restrict uses permitted by law.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, deliberately disrupt availability or use automation to overload the service. Normal calculator use, legitimate research and ordinary linking are welcome. We may apply proportionate technical restrictions to protect the service against abuse.

Search engines and automated access

Legitimate search-engine crawling and indexing are allowed, subject to published crawler instructions, rate limits and other technical controls. Automated access must respect these controls. We may restrict abusive scraping or automation that degrades availability, evades security controls or interferes with other users. These Terms do not prohibit ordinary search indexing.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains calculator-input handling, voluntary sharing, technical request processing and email correspondence. Please read it for details about those practices.

Service changes and corrections

We may correct or update formulas, sources, content and features, or discontinue tools, to address errors, changing requirements, security concerns or the practical operation of the service. Tools may also be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Saved estimates may differ from later versions; check the assumptions and current tool when revisiting a decision. Changes do not remove obligations or rights that already apply under law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, its risks or applicable requirements. We will revise the Last updated date when substantive changes occur and provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required. Changes are intended for future use of the service, not to remove rights or remedies arising from earlier use.
